 In her most recent roles at Segro Plc and Kier Property Managing Director, Kate Dean has worked on both office and industrial asset classes with responsibility for leading complex pre-letting negotiations, development (including refurbishment), devising and implementing award-winning marketing campaigns, developing and launching large scale master planned schemes, leading in-house and external teams, site acquisitions and investment sales with the over arching brief of delivering value add results.
Appreciating that access to this level of experience is beneficial to Clients but that adding to permanent headcount isn't, Dean Consulting works with Clients on an hourly, daily or project by project basis. The company is also part of a wider network of independent consultants with which it works collaboratively when specialist services such as valuation and building surveying are required. |
